Return to Base? No Problem. 🚀

Sometimes the harness is a little too snug, or the "tough toy" wasn't the right match for your specific chewer. We get it.

At Rocket Pet Supply, we want you and your dog to be 100% happy with your gear. If you need to make a return or exchange, here is the simple flight plan:

1. Check Your Cargo

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2. Initiate the Return

Please email our flight crew at support@rocketpetsupply.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

3. Send it Back

Pack up the item securely, slap on the label, and drop it in the mail. Once we receive and inspect your return at our Space Coast facility, we’ll process your refund immediately.
